Complaints Procedure

LCR aims to give the best possible service.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of your dealing with LCR, please contact us to discuss your concerns on info@lcrhq.co.uk or alternatively you can write to the LCR Company Secretary at the address above.

If you are not happy with our response you can ask our Chief Executive to refer your complaint to the Department for Transport’s Independent Complaints Assessor (ICA).  The role of the ICA is to consider whether we have handled a complaint appropriately and have given a reasonable decision. It does not cost you anything to have your complaint assessed by the ICA.

The ICA will decide if they can review your complaint and contact you with their decision.  If the ICA conducts a review, they will send you and LCR a report with their findings and any recommendations they consider appropriate.
