Lorraine Baldry OBE became Chairman of LCR in April 2011. Lorraine is also Chairman of Schroders Real Estate Investment Trust, consultancy Inventa Partners Ltd and Tri-Air Developments Ltd. She is a Non-Executive Director of Circle Holdings plc and Thames Water and is a Board Member of the Olympic Delivery Authority and a Governor of the University of the Arts London. She is a former Chairman of the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation and was Chief Executive of Chesterton as well as holding senior positions at Prudential, Morgan Stanley and Regus.
David Joy is Chief Executive of LCR, a role he took up on 31 March 2011. Previously David was Development and Property Director responsible for the development and management of property owned by LCR and closely involved in the regeneration of key areas in London and the Thames Gateway. David is a director of Stratford City Business District Ltd, a joint venture between LCR and Lend Lease, and a director of King’s Cross Central General Partnership Ltd, a joint venture between LCR, Argent King's Cross Limited and DHL. He is also a director of the Stratford Renaissance Partnership.
Peter Hawthorne is a Chartered Accountant and has responsibility for LCR’s financial and company secretarial matters. He was previously Finance Director for BRB (Residuary) Ltd and prior to this held a number of senior financial positions in the rail and other industries. Peter is also a director of Stratford City Business District Ltd, a joint venture between LCR and Lend Lease, and a director of King's Cross Central General Partnership Ltd, a joint venture between LCR, Argent King's Cross Ltd and DHL.
Mark Russell is Chief Executive Officer of UK Government Investments Ltd (UKGI), the Government Company owned wholly by HM Treasury which acts as HM Government’s centre of excellence for corporate finance and corporate governance. Mark is an Independent Non-Executive Director of DP World and a former Non-Executive Director of Eurostar International Limited.
Nicky is a Chartered Accountant who has spent 20 years in the property industry, most recently as a consultant, and prior to this in roles including Corporate Finance Director at Terrace Hill, Group Finance Director at Topland Group and Director in the corporate finance team at Jones Lang LaSalle. Nicky is Vice Chair of Origin Housing, a registered social landlord that provides affordable housing in London and Hertfordshire.
Tim Garnham has had over 30 years' experience in the property industry and is currently Group Development Director for Trust Estates having stepped down as joint Chief Executive of Minerva Limited which specialised in London offices, mixed use and high end London residential. He was responsible for developing in excess of 1.5 million sq ft of offices, luxury residential and mixed use schemes. Notable projects included The Walbrook Building, The St Botolph Building, 90 High Holborn and The Lancasters. He was previously Deputy Managing Director of Trafalgar House Property responsible for the UK development programme including a number of major London sites including what is now 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin), Paddington Basin and Chiswick Park. As well as being a Non-Executive Director of LCR and Chairman of LCR’s Remuneration Committee, he is Trustee of The Garrard Family Foundation, a Governor of Queenswood School and Chair of The Facilities Committee. He is a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Farriers.
